-Establish the sourcing team in over 30 people and managing daily operation for Northern China sites (including Beijing, Tianjin, LangFang, TaiYuan).-Support all the blog lace wedding dresses Foxconn mobile manufacturing divisions’sourcing in Northern China – search, identify and qualify the right suppliers.-Be a key team player in the assigned strategic new shoes 2010 sourcing function, like setting up new program sourcing team in different BU, setting up the vender inventory hub, suppliers acquisition or joint-venture partnership.-Provide continuous support to our custom made prom dresses factories in Northern China, particularly in sourcing (supplier base information sharing and offer internal ugg boots 2010 training about global sourcing process) and supply chian dresses 1std management..-Project Management – in term or price and contract terms negotiation, active sourcing, quality management, supplier performance monitoring etc.-Implement strategic procurement plans with existing/new suppliers to ensure continuous improvements..-Work closely with Product Managers & ESI team to identify their needs and requirements in term of products, parts and components.-Focus on developing close relationship with the key suppliers.
